BUILDING extraordinary teams THAT BUILD extraordinary worlds

Over the past 26 years, I've had the privilege of contributing to some of the industry's most iconic films, series, games, and immersive experiences. Those experiences have shaped my passion for building creative teams, developing production strategies, and helping studios turn ambitious ideas into reality.

CINEMATIC LEADERSHIP

Animation • VFX • AAA Games • Immersive

I've led creative and technical teams across animation, visual effects, AAA games, and immersive entertainment, with more than 15 years dedicated to building, mentoring, and empowering multidisciplinary teams of artists, supervisors, and technical leaders. Throughout my career, I've partnered closely with directors, producers, engineers, and studio leadership to define creative strategy, evolve production methodologies, and develop scalable technical solutions that support ambitious storytelling. Beyond delivering award-winning work on globally recognized franchises including Star Wars, Call of Duty, Battlefield, How to Train Your Dragon, and Secret Level, I've helped studios strengthen their organizations through recruitment, talent development, pipeline innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

The best productions balance bold ideas with thoughtful execution

Production leadership is fundamentally about clear communication and disciplined planning so every team member can stay aligned and focused on making the same picture. At Lucasfilm, I had the pleasure of working with and experiencing one of the industry’s finest teams, and that experience reinforced how critical collaboration across roles really is. This taught me to appreciate the subtle balance between creative vision, advancing technology, and rigorous production processes. It showed me that when those elements are respected and harmonized, they can lead to consistently great results.

PIPELINES, TOOLS, AND WORKFLOWS

Only matter if they help artists tell better stories. Pipelines, tools, and workflows are not ends in themselves — they exist to give artists room to focus on storytelling. Efficient systems remove friction: they keep creative intent intact, speed iteration, and make collaboration predictable.

I believe in standardizing repeatable processes so artists spend less time troubleshooting and more time exploring character, mood, and moments. Tools should work to anticipate creative patterns, not force artists into constraints.

I BELIEVE THAT GREAT IDEAS DEMAND MORE THAN IMAGINATION

They require craft, discipline, and proper organization/planning to become unforgettable work. Imagination sparks possibility; execution turns that spark into something tangible — a well composed shot that inspires, a visual effect that convinces, a sequence that moves, a game moment that hooks, or a story beat that lingers. Great ideas need technical skill, collaborative trust, and the patience to iterate until every frame, sound, and gesture earns its place.
